An executive dashboard can provide a quick reading of how your organization is performing in key areas. SharePoint Server 2007's BI capabilities--including Performance Point Services now bundled with MOSS--provide tools to easily deploy scorecards, dashboards and advanced analytics across the organization. This presentation will introduce the process of building a SharePoint hosted dashboard using SharePoint, PerformancePoint and Excel Services. We will explore the building blocks of a dashboard: KPIs, reports and scorecards and provide some insights on how to use the tools most effectively.
